In a small place like Loviisa, this hotel is conveniently located in the center of town with easy access to all the attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel is impressive, from the rooms to the public areas. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great tips for places to visit. Additionally, the hotel offers free parking, which was very convenient.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Small nice hotel. Very good dinner in restaurant, beakfast is so-so. Friendly staff. Pc with internet access in hotel lobby. Generally I like this place.
There is a cafe on the other side of the road that was working late night. And there is no air-conditioner in room just a fan.

Located in the heart of a small town, this hotel was perfect for a Christmas getaway. Free parking and wifi were a big plus. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of items. the restaurant offered delicious and reasonably priced meals, which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay.
The room was adequate but had a few minor issues, such as a missing hook for towels in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the paid wifi in the room was spotty and unreliable.

Comfortable rooms. No problem with late check in. Reception is combined with the bar, which works late in the evening. Excellent location, quiet place.
We came to breakfast 45 minutes before closure, but there was not enough food left at the buffet. Some dishes were gone and they did not care to replenish.

Nice location of the hotel in the very heart of Lovisa.
Cleaning was bad - one day there was no cleaning at all. Reception staff confused me with another person and checked me and family in the wrong category of the room, took some time for the girl at reception to realise her mistake. Breakfast is too early (6:30 to 9:00) which is absolutely bad when you are on holiday (breakfast until 11:00 would be appreciated).
